- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 1 business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination and other factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of the order, the shipping method selected, and the weight of the items in your cart. You will be able to view the shipping costs before finalizing your order during the checkout process.
For domestic orders within the U.S., we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
After you place your order, we process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Domestic Orders (United States): Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited and express options are faster.
- International Orders: International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method and customs processing.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs procedures for international orders.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most locations within the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time. Please check back later for updates on our international shipping options.
7. Address Accuracy
It is crucial that you provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. EliteSparkless is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to resend the item to the correct address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@elitesparkless.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
For lost packages, we will file a claim with the carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either resend the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the situation.
9. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing an order.
