At EliteSparkless, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@elitesparkless.com with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and the necessary forms to complete your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with selecting a replacement product, subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale.
  • Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except when returning a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@elitesparkless.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
