1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elitesparkless.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, follow the same steps for a return and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a description of the issue and include photos, if possible. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
